Family Room: BEFORE 90's builder grade everything. AFTER simply, WOW!
We removed the popcorn ceiling and added a new fan. New, dark wood plank-look flooring and a new paint pallet bring this space up to date for a more contemporary vibe.

A large sectional is fantastic when seating a lot of people however not so fantastic when we want to show square footage! By dividing up the sectional into pieces we were able to open up the space dramatically. |

This property had a lot of dated elements which we could not change within the budget. We could eliminate the textured wall finish, faux florals and old looking bedding. We simplified the wall finish to a neutral backdrop and added clean crisp bedding for a more pleasing look. |

This small 1/1 condo needed some love. The budget was small however a little bedding and some art brought it to life! |

Taking the furniture that was already there we simply adjusted for a better flow and added some personality with pops of color using bedding, artwork and accessories!

We created zones in this small space that included a seating area, somewhere to dine and the kitchen was here too!
The bedroom we made into a place of sweet dreams!

Shopping around the homeowners home we were able to create this calm retreat with practically all she owned!
